Featured photo is T's "assignment." They are asked to bring their favorite story book to school today. Included in the shot is one of his doodles: his fantasy birthday cake. He says he wants an "IT themed" cake next time. Funny thing is he forgot his age. He drew the number 8. On his next birthday (next year) he will be 10.

P: *laughter* Sure, when we get home. Am in the zone!

T: Jhona.
P: What did you learn from her?
T: Nothing.
P: Huh. Teachers usually talk about themselves on the first day. It's either you did not listen or you're not interested.
T: Can you leave me alone? I've had a hard first day.
P: Really? Which subject was hard?
T: We had to stand on the sun for an hour for flag ceremony.
P: On the sun???
