Chance

Had to get the studio and showroom put back together....took most of the morning!   Our wonderful organization, Cape Breton Craft & Design, organized to come to a few of our studios to do some photography for promotion - they came to me around 1pm.   Well, now i know how folks feel when being photographed...many many clicks....tilt your head this way....turn towards the light...etc.   the young photographer was very sweet and good - but wow, took so many shots!!!   it was rather challenging to say the least.  I have a new found empathy for people i am trying to capture!

Then into town for lunch - down by the water, it's just such a treat to get take out lunch and sit by the water!

I'm totally captivated by a this woman!   I discovered Brandi Carlile a few weeks ago when she was the woman behind the appearance of Joni Mitchell at a folk festival, after something like 50 years!!!   She was amazing - so i got her cd and have been playing it pretty well non stop!   I need to know the words!
