Ashes to ashes

This is our oldest and biggest fish, originally a fun fair win over 18 years ago.
It became very poorly lately with huge growths over its eye (the side its laying on so not to gross anyone out) that was so bad you couldnt look at the fish without wanting to throw up.

I'm glad in a way it has died but after such a long life with us AND that includes 3 moves it is going to be missed. I did consider flushing it but it was much too big for the loo, I did consider throwing it to the seagulls but then well its family.... I dug a hole instead.
