Reformation Wall

Didn't run today because have race next sunday.

So took a walk around to the Parc des Bastions where the Reformation Wall can be found. The wall honours many of the individuals and events of the Protestant Reformation. It was built in 1909 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Calvin's birth. This picture is of the centre of the monument, where four 5 m-tall statues of Calvinism's main proponents are depicted:
Theodore Beza (1519 - 1605),John Calvin (1509 - 1564), William Farel (1489 - 1565) and John Knox (c.1513 - 1572).

- I had to look all this up! But at least I've learnt something today
