Standing Stone

One of the 32 remaining standing stones which make up the Ring of Brodgar, there were 60 originally. This one is looking out over the Loch of Harray.

I'm reading the Orkneyinga Saga just now, which has some wonderful names in it, my favourite so far is Einor Buttered-Bread.
