Comma, a Pause.

On a woodland walk this morning I caught sight of this Comma on the floor sitting sunning herself on the woodland path.

Standing out like a little jewel, just out of hibernation and carefree she was making the most of the sunny spells. Wonderful to see. Closed wings.. and.. I could have easily missed her with the ragged edges mimicking the dead leaves around her but fully open she was a delight! Pausing for the shot dropping to the floor quickly and glad the ground had dried up a bit, I didn't see the bramble which neatly pierced my knee. She didn't seem to mind the language!

Back home with work piling up I was also given a 'to do list' for #1 daughter's photo-shoot on Thursday which includes feeding about a dozen people for the day. Aaagh.....!! Wondering what to give everyone as there is a kitchen in the film studios apparently! Massive spag. bol. has been requested but what is wrong with sandwiches? Hmm ......a slight pause ...for thought here!

Right off to yoga....
