He makes it look easy

There was a fresh force 5 gusting 6 this afternoon so what better thing to do than go out on a sawn off sailboard with a foil underneath and a blow up sail on your head.
This very accomplished young man made it look easy as he tore up and down at a ludicrous speed.
I just wonder how you start learning how to do it?
Just after this shot he jumped the whole contraption about four feet clear of the water.....
