Singing Bird, On A Wire

This cormorant (I think) looks as if it might have had a bit of a shock when it landed on this particular wire. I've been wired up to the internet most of the day, going through the standardisation process for my exam moderation job. Fairly time consuming so suspect when the real folders start coming in there might be a lot of very brief blipping interludes in May!

Blipped this when we nipped out for a quick bike ride before lunch; definitely the first day when the warm air promised the advent of Summer.

Been enjoying Leonard's "Old Ideas" album the last week or so, so here he is, not singing "Bird On A Wire"
