May day eve

May day is the finnish carnival. Maybe the only time in the year, as finns really party.

My negotiations in Helsinki today were quite ok, I assume. Decicions remain soon to be seen. Took early train home.

We had evening walk to the city centre, as this is a special day.

Front of the city hall of Tampere (right) there was a funny band playing, singing and dancing on the Tampere city centre square. There was a market too for food (fried vendace, chinese, kebab etc...), clothes, funny wigs, candy, toys or balloons.... Or have a nice show to cheer up other's party!

You maybe also can notice the light, the situation happened at 7.30pm, and sun is still high. As I write this journal, it is almost 10pm and sun is setting down now...

My son made dough (is it the word) and husband fried some pancakes. Lovely smell in our home... Have to go taste some!
