Strange day at work. First customers didn't show up. I had nearly 3 hours to kill. So I decided to go use our hotel gym. I didn't have any training clothes, but luckily I had very stretchy dress. So I did light training with dumbbells. I think I need to have training clothes in the car for the future. it was a good use of spare time. Our hotel gym is small, but I use dumbbells at home too, so...
