Lunch spot

Back to work after the bank holiday to a quiet office, with people either on holiday or working from home. We’ve been having debates about whether allowing people to work up two days day a week from home is too much, bearing in mind the front facing services that we support, but no decisions have been taken as yet. I’m in two minds about it - I value being able to work from home on some days but I also know that I get a lot out of being in the office as well. Tricky conundrum.
