Wanted to finish painting all the trellis on the back fence today. However still had one left to do when J called. We needed to sign and have witnessed yet another document for the house sale, and the solicitor needed it back by Thursday. Went over to his to pick it up. Wasn’t worth going home so had a potter around Sherwood before meeting Ju and her grandchildren and P. She witnessed the signatures and we went to see The Railway Children. Had tea and cake inP’s garden afterwards so didn’t get home until 6 and couldn’t be bothered to finish the painting!
