A pink rose

This rose is in this week's flowers. Julie (carer) thought it was artificial because it looked so perfect.

I've been very busy at home today. I made pork and apple burgers with tomato sauce and fish pie. There are 6 portions of fish pie ready to go in the freezer when they are cool enough.

We ate pork burgers and they were tasty. The rest will go in the freezer. 

This is all to be sure I leave enough food for Mum and her carers while I am away.

I popped over to see Jenny and Dennis this morning. Dennis did not want to come for a walk with me so we sat and chatted. 

I had a lovely nap this afternoon while Margret (next door) visited. We had both Julie and Samantha doing a couple of hours each with Mum today.
