A view

It was too hot to go out today, so I took this photo of downtown Seattle in the air-conditioned Wicker Room on the 7th floor.

Yesterday I went to appointments.  Today I scheduled four more, including one to look into getting hearing aids again. I'll also be starting up physical therapy again, which I stopped when I got my cancer diagnosis.

Manda sent me a Marco Polo of Sam saying my name; apparently he was asking for me. It makes me so happy to know that they think of me when I'm not with them.

Tomorrow will be my EPO shot and a stop at the library to return some overdue books that can't be renewed.  It won't be quite so hot when I'm out. And then we're expecting a cooldown, which will be very welcome.
