Milky Way

One of my plans whilst south  of the equator was to get some photos of the Milky Way as it is so much more spectacular than our end of it up north. This was taken tonight in D and A’s back garden looking up through the trees. I’m quite pleased with it :)
D and I spent the day in the hospital where she had her final treatment. What an amazingly positive and bright place it is with just lovely staff. 
Tomorrow I think I’ll try for the waxing moon - it sits on its back here!
