Port of Belfast

First time up to Belfast in the boat for over three years! The Lough was very busy and three different ferries went up the channel while we waited to enter.

It’s so busy that you have to contact the harbour authorities for permission to enter the deep water channel. While we waited just outside Holywood (County Down) the depth under our boat was just 4m!

I really like coming up here as the marina is smack bang in the middle of the city. We’ll go out for some food shopping soon - everything is so handy! We’re currently having coffee while watching folk come and go to the Titanic Museum. Will probably b blip that tomorrow. :-)
