Fishing on the Canal

On our run along the Union Canal this morning we'd just got to the Slateford Aqueduct when this guy fished this (tiny) pike out of the water!  We carried onto Kingsknowe station before turning off and returning via Craiglockhart Dell.

I met Donna in the afternoon for a circular walk from Prestonpans via Bankton House, Meadowmill and  Cockenzie House (for coffee and a scone).  Then popped into see mum and dad for a couple of hours!
