Nestling together

This morning I went to Penistone for the market and to the refill shop, before completing most of this month's UPP Folio.
This afternoon Ms. S and I went to Wakefield to buy a new lawnmower as the battery on our existing one (5 years old) is no longer manufactured and the only replacement I eventually found cost more than a new mower. I am committed to sustainable green technology but the lack of standardisation of battery technology is a major issue. It is also exceptionally wasteful if technology becomes redundant within 5 years. Not much hope of the government trying to take a lead when they seem unable to deal with the 'now' let alone plan for the future which they are making worse by their actions as well as inaction.
