I met a friend for lunch and we browsed some shops.

Last week, I submitted a third draft of script for short film. The previous 2 drafts were rejected and just heard the 3rd draft also rejected. To write an original script is almost impossible… and the remarks from the CCC (Creative Control Committee) were … cheesy, unoriginal, lacking in substance, poor characterisation etc.

And I genuinely can’t disagree with the CCC. Cheesiness to the point of mush.

Anyhoo I asked them if I could submit a 4th draft and they politely declined.

Here’s the blip where I am looking upbeat and devoid of cheesiness…. Well today I’m looking a bit downbeat
