Edstone aqueduct

This morning I took the dogs across the fields and they had a good play with squeaky toy. Then work. For our evening walk, I met B by Edstone aqueduct and we set off towards Wooten wawen. In the photo B has Sid with her and is walking across the aqueduct, I followed with Pierce. The swan hissed at us as we went past. There were swallows over the aqueduct diving down to scoop up insects from the water I would think. So we saw a kingfisher a bit further along. We saw it several times as it was flying in the same direction as we were walking. It was great to see it. We also saw a couple of ducks. I threw a few quack snacks for them to eat, they seemed very happy about that. Back home now.
