Where does the time go?

A short trip over to St Gervais arranged today, noticeably more expensive that it used to be.
Emails replied to.
Registered onto the next module of my Masters which starts next week - which means my 16 week study break is oh so nearly over, arghhhhh.
1/5th of the shed foundation done. I'm getting better at accepting some jobs just have to take time, so I've broken this one down into fifths. Obvs I have to do 1/5th every day till its done. Hmmm, I may have used the words "getting better at" in haste :-/
The now sadly inevitable loss of a dear friend who's encouraged and pushed me to write more has also spurred me on to finish this last troublesome chapter and then work out how to publish. It would mean the world to be able to put a copy in dear Margaret's hands while she could still appreciate it. She's been dealt a cruel hand and played it with amazing grace, it would be awesome (her favourite word) to make her smile again before we lose her.
