Finished The Grass.

Very much the whole day was spent working in The Policies.
The mixed species lawn is not cut. There are even the beginnings of stripe cuts!

Now that the weather is cooler and the grass is now growing again regular cutting should be much easier.

On to the next stages of work. There is a lot of damage to some of the trees and shrubs. This will all need to be tidied up. Perhaps I can make some ‘bug hotels’!

The various areas around the house need to be cleaned up and trimmed, especially the brambles.

It is very much a case of reclaiming areas which have been neglected this year.

Today’s Blipfoto shows my little electric mower which is ideal for the various areas that have to be cut.

And after completion a relaxing shower and a whisky and green ginger cocktail.
