Happy Birthday A!

Today is my bestie A's birthday. We met up for coffee and for me to give birthday present.  

We agreed to give presents only on birthdays and cards at Christmas.  It makes matters easy for both of us.   Usually it's a book and chocolate, sometimes jewellery.  We share very similar tastes in books so it works out very well.

Sat and read in the garden for a while.

The outdoor pool is going to open all year round again.  I'm mulling over the idea of swimming in autumn and possibly beyond.  Was researching what I need to consider and how cold could I tolerate.
