Cercis Canadensis ‘Eternal Flame’…

…purchased around this time last year. It was little more than a twig when it arrived, it has certainly come on in this growing season.

It was the plant of the year at the 2021 Chelsea Flower Show. I liked it’s name, ‘Eternal Flame’, the colour of its foliage and also how the leaves are quite heart shaped.

Grateful for this addition to our wee garden :-)
