Sir David Stirling Memorial.

Today MaggieD was meeting up with the “Golden Girls” in Glasgow. I took her down to the bus stop and while waiting I took a photo of a large “muriel” on the local sports hall wall. Smith & Wellstood used to make coal fired kitchen ranges and a similar “muriel” used to decorate the wall of their main foundry/workshop nearby.
Later, up at the memorial we caught a perfectly pleasant sunset and watched a tiny mouse scurrying around.
