Hello Blippers, missed yesterdays blip as it was my sons birthday and the day just came and went... Real reason was the wine made me sleepy and it was too much of a chore to even think about downloading pics..

So today i walked 8 miles over land and then down to the sea front.. I rested after 4 miles at the same beach as last week with the rock pools.. The sun felt warm out of the breeze and i'm starting to get my tan back i noticed this evening..
