Yet Another Zucchini Creation

When the cupboards are bare (or just boring), I browse the garden for ideas.  Today...Zucchini ala Basil Pesto Parmesan, with the first crop of ripe tomatoes.  Everything harvested from our garden (except the parmesan, pine nuts and olive oil)....zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, shallots, basil.
