Lily Pond, Turo Park

Aptis, a walk, registered for a course in starting next week. No need to water the plants today after the heavy rain yesterday, but the heat and humidity is back up again. Dinner on the patio of roasted peppers stuffed with tomatoes (home grown), garlic and anchovies, served with burrata and bread. A Delia Smith old favourite. Simple and delicious!
