The Merry Monarch

Regular readers (who am I kidding) might recall that on days in the office I like to walk from Leicester Sq tube via Soho  Square and always divert to see Charles II and pat his stony foot. I love that today someone has dressed him up with a few flowers and then a passing pigeon has ruined his dignity.  At least no one put the traffic cone on his head.
