Early evening light on the River Kent, Staveley

A glorious day today. Pretty much blue skies all day. I felt like I should have worn sun cream on my run this morning (50 minutes in total of running!).

This evening my son as at Beavers and as my daughter wasn't with me I wandered around Staveley with the camera to see what I could find. The sun reflected on the River Kent at the weir was irresistible. This was my favourite shot as it had the colourful washing reflected in the water too! More on my blog or on Flickr

My daughter continues to improve so may be hard to keep her taking it easy!
