New mural

Jill and I met friends downtown for dinner this evening. It was wonderful getting out with people again. We hadn't been downtown in a while. This mural is new and looks nice, but I think it's also odd. This doesn't really say "Cumberland" at all. I am not familiar with that archway, and the river and hills don't look like that.
