Mill Pond

Got the bus to Headingley to meet Elaine for lunch at Heaney and Mill.
A very popular restaurant with a large outdoor are to the front but it is directly next to one of the most congested roads in Leeds so we had booked a table inside.
Lovely food,  we both had the truffle cheese and leek pie.
Deserts were so tempting and we considered sharing one but l had to admit l was too full to do even that.
Made some plans for the next weekends then both went our own way.
I called into the opticians to get my classes tightened at the hinge, feel much better.
Got home and saw l needed to do another 5, 000 steps so had a walk to the river , veering off my usual path and walking towards Otley.
Very peaceful and enjoyable, l then came back by the mill pond where the water level was low and it looked quite muddy at Pudding Corner and got my blip.
