Hornet mimic Hoverfly

This fly has been around the garden for several days but this is the first decent picture that I have managed to get.
Cooked the loaf first thing and it has turned out well but next time i will add a few extra herbes.
Went to the bakers for bread for us and Deb
Few bits around the garden then cycled back to the shops as we had forgotten a couple of things.
Took Moreen to the surgery for a routine blood test.
This afternoon I went for a walk down to the river then made a start on the next section of the organ. This is the main mechanical section so could take a while.
Quite a lot of sun and 25c again but looks like we are getting rain in the next few days.
