Memories

A bit of loft clearing at the weekend and we unearthed the nativity set from my childhood in cream plastic. My aunt had the same, which says was Woolies 1950s. In our set baby Jesus was long lost and had been replaced by a little jelly-bean-shaped lump of dough. Now He's turned to powder - straight from Navity to Ascension!

Equally interesting is the box they were in - a toy smokers' set for children. How times have changed, If it wasn't for the label that would be collectable itself!
