Mother and Daughter

A fantastic day for photography. I began in the garden working on forget-me-nots, then after taking my daughter to work, stopped on the moor where there were several new foals, one of which is shown above. Shortly after taking this picture, the foal walked over to me to see what I was up to and I had five minutes of stroking it while its mother fed nearby. Such soft fur!

On the way back, I stopped off in the woods and took pictures of the wood anemonies, celandine and primroses. The bluebells are just opening, so some of them are included and will mean a return over thenext couple of days to photograph them.
