Chocolate & Almond Torte (Gluten free)

A Gluten-free cooking class tonight. This was the torte. I haven't tasted it yet but it smells amazing.

The sunflower & pumpkin seed bread was really tasty and the peanut butter & chocolate chip cookies are fantastic, as are the hazelnut & orange shortbread puffs
