Looking west

A really busy day with barely five minutes free to collect my thoughts. I managed to force myself to leave on time to get to Vauxhall as I wanted to attend the Rethink Mental Health Siblings support group. It was a really productive session with lots of interesting views and stories from other siblings. The session was two hours long so I was quite tired and hungry when I left. This was the amazing view from the Rethink offices and they are right next to MI5 so the security in the area was very visible.
