Gorgeous apricot dessert at Arbore & Sens

Had an end of holiday treat by having lunch at Restaurant Arbore et Sens in Loches. All the food was stunning but this dessert might have been my favourite. It featured apricots and rosemary, with a brioche perdue, an olive oil espuma, and brioche ice cream. My mouth is watering just thinking about it…
