the weather has been stinking this week so the car has been in use a bit to often. the school walk is only 20 minutes along portobello promenade, and is always a pleasure to do but sometimes that extra 10 minutes comes in handy (for watching peppa pig or transformers) even if it does mean several road-rage incidents first thing in the morning.

anyway, we were rewarded this morning for making the extra effort. the weather was great, sunny and misty, very atmospheric and a much better way to start the day.
