Choppy sea.

We had heavy rain last evening. This morning the sun is out so washing is out on the line,nice drying day for bedding. After lunch I went for a walk .I noticed a few dead seagulls on the beach.i can not believe why dog owners would walk their dogs on the beach when avian bird flu has been confirmed in some areas.
