Today was the day to

have fun with gorgeous granddaughter #1.
Eloise had just washed her hair and it went very wavy. We went to enjoy a hot chocolate (her)  and tea (me) and catch up with her news before heading off to try and find the swans.  Sadly they weren't there but the canals have been overtaken by algae...yuk.
It was rather windy so E's hair went wild but I thought it looked rather lovely so there are 2 shots of her.
She turns 17 at the end of this week and will be off to college (local) next week.
A delightful couple of hours......
