Waiting ...

... at London's Heathrow Airport for the driver of the taxi that we had ordered to come pick me up in my wheelchair. He arrived promptly, and it was a relatively quick ride to our Holiday Inn on Coram Street near the British Museum. We had ordinarily taken the tube/subway for that trajectory, but we later found out that the tube was in fact not operating (for whatever reason).

We've just returned from an excellent dinner in the hotel's quiet and spacious dining room. with only a half dozen tables occupied--very pleasant :)  Good night!
