Martin turned up to discuss roof repairs.  After he departed l started the cement work on the 'patio.  CMC painted the porch floor and door.  Then the much needed rain arrived.

Sigurd is being taken on as engineer on the Hoy Head.  Robbie is due to retire after 40 years service .  Donald is away doon in Peebles to help with the harvest. Malcolm celebrated his 7th birthday with a new bike.  Euan's wife is expecting.  The price of lead has stabilised.  I don't know what happened to my model of Sputnik.  I know it led to a love-hate relationship with Bleep and booster. My dongle doesn't work in Hoy.
