Gave hubby a fright today.

Had a lovely hot bath, and as I was getting out a hot flush came over me so bad I had to plop down on the side of the bath. Shouted hubby, I then properly had a syncope. I was unresponsive for about 30 seconds but hubby said it was hours lol
Came round and walked to the bedroom.
Tea and 2 glasses of water have helped.
I know the bath contributed but I reckon it's time to speak to my GP about HRT.
