I laid on the sofa and watched Match Of The Day after getting in mid-morning from the overnighter at work 

After a bit of a pedal out back it was off to the flicks to catch Three Thousand Years Of Belonging - an odd one but not without merit - and then a wander down the road for family tea out, pizza to be precise.
