Sheep along the Summit Road

I walked to the Sign of the Kiwi this morning, and was rewarded by coffee and a date scone in the cafe. I forgot my mask, but as it was only 9.15 am, and no one else there, it wasn't a big deal. I aborted the walk at the start, when I saw low cloud over the hills, intending just to go up the hill as usual. Then, when it didn't seem too bad after all, I continued on, grateful for the bank card I keep with my phone.
