A cool dude!

Anywhere else in the world and this would be very humorous but this is Darwin where keeping cool is a priority so it’s deadly serious.
Another one out the car window is the railway south of Darwin. It’s boring to most but has great family significance for me. My father was a doctor in the RAAF during WW2, mostly in New Guinea but spent a year as medico for the operational and training airfields along the railway south of Darwin. He told me of the moonlit nights he watched from his barracks while the Japanese planes bombed the airfields following the rail line for directions.
