Building a nest

Today I stopped by the park and saw my new little squirrel friend. I took lots of pictures of him and on review they all looked like the one I posted last week. When I was going to my car I spotted this bird.
I don't know anything about birds or what kind he is. I need to have Carol look it up in her bird book.
I also saw a real pretty one that had a lot of orange brown and yellow. I only got his backside. I wish I could of gotten a front shot of him. Maybe I will stake out the park this week and see what I can do.
