Baños de Sierra Alhamila

I hope this isn't too confusing for followers of our blip, but we are back to Spain today with a contribution from J, who writes: "Today's ride went up into the mountains North of Almeria to the Baños de Sierra Alhamila.  From this summit you can see the rocky mesas that made Almeria a high-demand filming site for films like Lawrence of Arabia, The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, and some of the Star Wars movies.  Beyond that are the olive groves, some of the greenhouses that support the local economy, the city of Almeria itself, the Mediterranean Sea, and, along the horizon, Morocco." 


It's been a quiet Labour Day back here in Toronto. My sister came for a visit and a walk, then I helped Mom to do some online shopping to use some of her aeroplan points... quite fun!
