After heavy rain overnight , it turned into a lovely sunny day .
I got caught in traffic on the way to my first yoga class at the Crichton this morning .Everyone coming to the class was held up too, so that was a relief . The class started late but went well.
I then had a trip to the dental hygienist for expensive and at times painful gum treatment that I need every 3 months. I need to chase up my referral to the dental hospital.
In the afternoon I sat in the garden with Cassie and relaxed watching lots of bees on the echinacea flowers. I made some vegetable soup , 1/2 the veg was home grown .
In the evening I taught another yoga class.
I had a good turn out 17 participants.
We get a new prime minister tomorrow…. at least she knows how to brush her hair. Sadly she speaks like a robot and is more right wing :-( so more of the same **** or worse on the cards.
